International Clients
Turtlerock has always enjoyed a huge international client base and we have an active community of producers and bands that send us work from throughout the globe.
 
We maintain a small office in Beijing, China, to handle our Chinese bookings - we prefer that our Chinese clients please contact Jack Gou directly.

As most of our clients throughout Asia and the Pacific rim speak a little English, we ask that they please contact us directly.
 
Rick O’Neil has always had a large amount of New Zealand-based clients and in fact at one point he mastered every record on Dunedin's Flying Nun label. Rick has extended family in New Zealand and understands the current NZ market very well.
 
Our normal procedure for receiving master tapes is via next-day international courier which works very well for us. For international clients we request the bill is paid before any masters leave the building which can be done through direct bank transfer or Western Union.
 
FTP Services
We are investigating FTP services and at this point we do not offer an FTP facility. When we're sure we can guarantee the integrity and consistency of the master delivery system, this is likely to be our next delivery method.
