Anyone know how to get added to the special club/can show me the secret handshake to get accredited for this?

Never been something I had to think about but a client has requested - have read the hell outta the white papers, use the apps for it and , and work correctly to the spec, but looks like you need to be added to 'the list' before the client can submit these as specifically 'mastered for itunes' to the itunes store. Any gatekeepers hiding out around here?

Where's the white paper/spec etc? I'd be interested in reading up on that.
