This studio cost $20 million andyhey didnt get planning permission
So it gor knocked down by the local council

Bloody councils! A small part of a much longer story.... during my recent build we had a council enforcement officer so aggressive and stand over it was horrifying. Thankfully he didn't know who he was dealing with and left an email trail with insults and false accusations. He was fired less than a week later.
