there are far too many variables on if it sounds like it says it will,

mainly the moniitors being used for playback.

secondly if the box was used as a tool and an effect it would go alright,

I am yet to hear a box doing these things that makes me want to sell all my amps and buy it.

for the price though I think they have some good features and go alright.
Hello my name is Simon Bray and I like guitar amps, currently at 20 something.

I believe you can. And if you also connect it via USB you can still get the patch integration and the interface on the rack in protools LE. (you save the patch settings in the pt track. Then click the "e" symbol to reload the settings into the rack for reamping)

so you can get the integration and just use s/dif on 003. Check the manual on the site for exact info...

Does anyone know if this thing will hook up to a HD system? I can't seem to find the answer.

http://duc.digidesign.com/showthread.php?t=256001

above is a post on duc.digidesign.com . I was under the impression that it was similar setup to my previous post with using s/pdif and USB aswell. I'm sure I read it on duc. But they talk about using AES instead and using the control panel on windows to change the clock to external AES or something.

If I find anymore info Ill post. But it may pay to lurk that forum post...

we got "one" in stock yesterday. at this stage we will use it as a demo to order others in.
apparently there's over 1000 on backorder worldwide already. We apparently got one of 9 in the country yesterday..
they think more stock will be available within 2-4 weeks but who knows.. unfortunately there's also no margin in them so you won't see them
discounted. it always happens with hot product - I wish it was easier being in retail in Australia. if only the distributors bought in and held enough stock and
the brands from overseas forecast better for stock allocation..
