im scared of what im turning into.... soon i'll look like a capacitor (wima of course)

dont know if they are any good henry....
the gyraf audio bloke cloned a very similar unit.... he thinks the eq's are great.... i thought it would be cheaper and easier to rack these up than build from scratch.
as for the audix.... they are real nice apparentely.... different to a neve 33114 but in that ballpark.... (near identical 3 band inductor eq... different but similar mic gain stages... st ives transformers instead of marinair (very similar)....
u too have stuff to fix eh..... maybe we should 'fix' everything that needs fixing before we commit to buying any new gear....
i can think of at least 10 things that need doing (some quite major) before my studio could function in a nice productive manner.
henry? are you the henry with the dynamix??
if yes how's that going?

I havn't recapped mine yet. It has no problems though as far as noise goes, and has ALP faders too, so I got a good one! Has one led that sticks on apart from that its great for tracking drums and vocals. The eq is outrageous!!
