Looks good in here, just move a few bits of furniture around and make it more comfortable, turn up the stereo, put the feet on the coffee table (shoes off, of course).

squatters still have amazing rights in this country

same with fence "encroachments" ( or however that is spelt )

bottom line is... you use it when others neglect it and you can argue that its yours

I don't know anything about this so called 'live sound'... all the bands I record are dead.
