TL Audio original P series Dual valve Mic preamp/DI

I am thinking of offloading my early TL audio PA-2. It doesn't get used much as I have just update with some newer Speck USA gear. It is the original P series stuff not the cheaper Ivory series. Has some rack wear being from being a used mid 90's piece of gear (I think around 1996). Everything works well and still sounds great. Some slight surface rust starting on the top steel plate of the unit, other than that nothing else I can think of. First one in with closet to $1000 gets it
