Hi DIY'ers
I'm sure this topic has been spoken about here before (but I can't find in a search)
I'm looking to label a bunch of 500 series front panels.
What are the current recommendations for the easiest and most economical way off going about this?
Many thanks

Re: Front panel labeling.
Hey ben,
If the panels are made of anodized aluminum you have have a trophy store or similar lazer mark them. It just takes off the anodization and shows the metal below.
Looks like this: https://www.facebook.com/11377168198413 ... =3&theater
Alternatively you can get most trophy shops to make you up a plate kind of thing that goes over the panel (maybe held on by the mounting hardware of the pots/switches. That looks like this:

Re: Front panel labeling.
Thanks Nick.
I thought of trophy shops but was feeling it might get expensive for the amount I was looking to do.
I'll drop by the place I found in a search and see what's up.
Love yer work man.
Cheers

The ones like in the second picture I sent are like $15 a pop... not too bad!
