i have one of those valve testers althougjh mine is a bit earlier model
the bad / good meter cracks me up
the only thing sure about mine is if you put a"good" valve in it it will soon turn bad
there are plenty of better testers out in the market
as for the valves well its looks like a lucky dip to me
save your bucks or go and look at them in the flesh
finding crates of valves is pretty easy finding 4 tubes in the crate that you can use and actually need is the trick
i buy crates full take out the usual suspects and sell them on, i expect the same applies on ebay
