Hey,
I'm in the process of piecing together a dual 1176 build. I have the boards & transformers I bought of Barney. I just bought a case & pots off eBay. The stereo link kit, meters & power supply I will get from hairball. The only thing is the case has a hole for a rotary on & off switch & a rotary bypass/comp in switch. I'm just wondering if anyone here has built one & knows what sort of rotary switches I need to buy.
Any help with this would be great

Re: Dual 1176 build
Hey Andy,
What you need is a 'Mains Rated' rotary switch.. It took me ages to find them (scrolling through 100s of switches on the net)
Will try and find the link and post back here soon. In the meantime - try using 'mains rated rotary switch' or similar in the search engine
Cheers

Re: Dual 1176 build
Hey Andy, I believe I'd have both of those switches in my kit. Left over from 1176 or Gpultec builds.
I'll take a look tomorrow.
Send me your address and I'll post them to you.
