Hey Guys,
Just wondering where I can buy a sifam meter & knobs with blue inserts. I have used the hairball meter on a few other GSSL builds but I would prefer to try & find a Sifam

Re: GSSL meter & Knobs
From my understanding, Sifam stopped manufacturing the Director series some time ago (probably close to a decade, when they moved manufacture to china). The SSL meter is a director series PPM 14 meter. I believe you can still special order them from sifam but there is a minimum order... and they cost a fortune.
I managed to source one from Smart Research about 3 years ago. It cost me $175 + returning the old busted sifam meter in my C1. It sounds nuts really, but the hairball in comparison is just plain cheap and sloppy in response.
As far as both the meter and the grey knobs, you could try dropping Canford in the UK an email about them both. I have ordered black sifam knobs from them a few times. Shipping is cheap and they have been reliable. I do also think they get stock of the PPM14 meter occasionally as well.
By the time you factor in the cost of the meter, the knobs, the shipping and the GSSL components, parts and time... you are probably not far from used Smart C1 territory, price-wise.
