I only goes to show, I thought Drongo,s only existed in Australia. However I can now verify 100% that the US has its fair share also. The silly buggars want me to send the keyboard to them to replace the keys ($3-400) in freight. This is about a 20-30 dollar job. Its either that or nothing. They wont supply the keys. I am hopping mad at this crass behaviour. Norm

Can you post a photo of a removed key? It may be the same as something from Korg, Roland, Yamaha etc.

thirteen has the best idea. Take a photo and put it up - Chances are the key assembly will be very standard - there's a few manufacturers of keyboard assemblies, but I reckon a company as small as clavia will be buying them in.

otherwise, will anyone at clavia speak to you?
or the distributor for clavia in australia?
I'm sure they must keep spares somewhere.

Doesn't "electric factory" repair nord stuff in Australia?

How bad are the keys damaged? can you repair them, and move them to the end octave ?
