Moog Little Phatty

Having issues updating the firmware on this, and it is no longer sending midi data.
Anyone is Sydney who can sit down with me and run me through this, I've seen Amo's updates on youtube but cant make heads or tails of it. can pay.

Which version of the firmware do you have, and are you using a Mac or a Windows machine?

Make sure that you have the latest firmware (the last one that I have is 2.23.6), there is probably a later version.
PM me and I will tell you how to put the Phatty into factory test mode which will force it to receive SYSEX.
