Hi Tim, let's just say they "allowed" me to say I left. Reality of it is that out of the two guys running the department ( myself and one other ) we were costing too much in wages and since I was the least likely of us to "toe the line" and/or go out for a beer and blow sunshine up the arses of the new CEO and his management "team" ( the Heartland/Boyded group is a family run business, so you know where that's going ) I was taken out for a lovely lunch and "asked" that by close of business that day.....blah, blah, blah.

So here I am.... :-)
