well i can fixem so they will never play again if thats what your asking ..

or try this
just edit them like you did with a broken cassette back in the day wind the splice way past the contact point of the head drum ( two or three layers ) then play the tape from that point on first ( copying as you go )
then rewind the tape to the beginning and copy up to the join and if your really lucky straight through it ..

.. now if thats all to hard
send them to me and i will throw your envelope out without opening it !

dat all seems about right :)

I have spliced dat tape in the past.

I used a tape repair kit..

It actually worked fine.. Obviously the bit that was cut out was gone, but better than loosing the whole tape.

Unfortunately ,because i have DT's, i cant even solder !

I dont even know how to open the shells, as they are completely sealed.

If anyone can help with this, i am happy to renumerate.

Nymo I did it once without opening the shell.
as long as you can get access to the 2 ends of the tape, you splice it outside of the case and carefully wind each roller around with a pencil to acces the edit spot and then to wind it back up and retension the dat tape back to normal after the edit is achieved - use 2 tweezers to handle the tape - no bare fingers.
