Looks good Vic, well thought out for fluid sake. Your mix ties are a hard one as there's a lot of them but only a certain number of pre's/lines you need so putting them on 25-48 & 72-96 is really the only way imo...
However i feel you may be cutting into future real estate, remember that everyone has G.A.S so plan for expansion rather than reduction!
Attached is my version that I might go with but remember, this is just my opinion. Laying your DA's on the 3rd bay then summing mixer under that leaves room for more conversion expansion plus shifts all your outboard to 25-48 & 72-96 thus allowing for future outboard & AD expansion. Normaling can stay the same too. Your headphone outs could even move all the to 93,94, 95 & 96 on the 3rd bay (not where I have them) as they're a complete separate entity in themselves.
Patchbays are so different from studio to studio and it's soley down to how the owner will use it/if outside engineers will be using the studio too. If the latter, looking at others setups or asking mates what they're use to too.
