Possibly one here... Prices on these have really gone nuts.

Agree Richard - Ive found looking at prices that have gone nuts.
I'm surprised that people pay such ridiculous money.
Made me look at new synths - the Analog Keys is where I'm heading.
Bugger vintage nostalgia - I'm not looking anymore for any old Rolands.

Compared to other synths I've been watching, $998 is not bad at all.
Anyway agreed, I'm trying to get out of vintage synths as the maintenance is turning out to be a headache.

I've sorted myself out ... no more hunting Juno's, no more romantic dribbling over the old stuff..
Analog Keys - is my chosen path.

I'm waiting on the Roland AIRA System 1.
I have TR-8 and it's actually very good.
Presumably System 1 might eventually include a 'plug out' Juno 106/60.

Forget the Juno 60, I just loaded my Juno 106 with the new Kiwi-106 processor board. Multiple envelope generators, multiple LFO's, everything clock sync'd, sequencers, arpeggiators, pattern generator, interval latch, you name it. And now, even better, a new mylar top panel with all of the new controls marked, check this out, they look awesome!

(sorry if I sound like an add, I have been waiting for this for a long time. I will do a review soon!)

The Kiwi stuff is cool.
I'm looking forward to what Murray does next.

Wow - that kiwi mod is insane!
(now pissed I sold my Juno 106 > 2 years ago!)
so - are those old chips still in use? or new versions?

Re: Anyone have a Juno 60 they want to part with?
Update:
Well, I went down the Analog Keys route.
Now i have:
4 x fully analog synths with individual tracks + 4 step sequencers, each able to run a different length, swing, micro timings, track transpose, accent and slide, 128 patterns w/up to 64 steps, parameter locks..
1 x CV gate track/sequencer - for my other old synths.
6 x Arpeggiators - each able to run different lengths...
5 x stereo outs,
2 x inputs for external processing.
Assignable omnidirectional joystick
Full midi control, plus USB
And very soon, the whole machine will be able to be run, & be edited on a computer, as a plug in, plus processing/filtering of tracks in the computer through it!
SO - I'm extremely happy that I did not go down the old synth road again...
This machine is a monsta!

I hope you have plenty of food in the pantry Chris, you may not surface for a while. Very deep machine!

Re: Anyone have a Juno 60 they want to part with?
Just under retail in $AU - around $2.3k, as there is a backlog of people waiting for them, no deals really.
# Also - I forgot to add that it has its own dedicated FX track too - killer delays, reverbs, distortion etc - plus 2 dedicated LFO's to affect the FX parameters.
Its mind boggling how much it can do... and it really sounds mega!
Finally someone has made a modern analog synth that I like.
Every new synth I have heard over the last decade or so has left me cold as far as sounds, features & useability.
Ive been waiting forever for an analog synth with lots of individual arpeggiators, that then interact with step sequencers & LFO's, also controlling CV and gate info, and finally, to be able to take it into the studio to process audio as well.
Yep - the pantry is full, a case of red wine, some organic apple cider, cooking large vats of food and freezing, and I'm dreaming manuals in my sleep....
