Hi,
A few options, though hardly a definitive list:
Hypex make both DSP modules and Plate amps for subs which could do the job, with or without amplification. These projects remain in the DIY realm, but at the very simplest end of it wherein you are largely just casing up a fully fab'd pcb and connecting a PSU and I/O. I have built amplifiers using both the UcD and Ncore modules, and used the PSC2.700 plate amp.
A cheap alternative would be to find a used BSS crossover on the 2nd hand market (ebay, gumtree, usual suspects). Such as the FDS 310. Downsides of such units, presuming they are in good nick, is reduced choice of filter type/slope (or none, BSS unit is fixed 24dB/oct LR), and lack of other more sophisticated tools for alignment/tuning (ie delay, eq, all pass filters, FIR). I have seen some of these recently for humorously low prices.
Best,
Phillip
