AWA BAR-2 Metalwork - going very cheap!

Postby chrisp » Sun Jan 01, 2017 1:15 pm

In modding my AWA BAR-2 to be a straight 4 channel pre, I'm moving it into a 2U case.

Which means I have the original BAR-2 metalwork, including front panel, spare - and its yours if you want it for 1 Turtlerock dollar (= a packet of Iced Vovovs) and any packaging and posting involved.

Its in good solid, rather than pristine, condition, but the front panel is in very good nick.

All guts, connecters, knobs, meters etc not for sale - its the bare metal - although the power transformer is spare to the right home.

PM me if interested.

Hey did you happen to keep the screws for the side that attach the top?

Nope Jon, sorry I didn't. The thing was too much of a boat anchor to hang onto once I had stripped out its internals.

Always the trouble with these things, isn't it?
