Studio space available in Melbourne

I have a multi-room recording facility in Melbourne’s Hawthorn neighbourhood. One of my two tenants is leaving so a small control room and a tracking room are now available. My larger tracking rooms could also be accessed by arrangement. The tenant that’s leaving has also been leasing use of much of the equipment on the EBS studio list, including a large mic collection, vintage synths, possibly preamps and compression, a Yamaha piano and an EMT stereo tube plate reverb. A similar arrangement could be discussed.

The rooms would also be appropriate for a video production/editing set-up or a small mastering set-up.


The space shares a lounge, kitchen area and entrance with my facility so compatibility, trustworthiness, cleanliness and flexibility are traits perspective tenants should have.
