Question for Logic 8 users...

Postby Thirteen » Tue Feb 03, 2009 5:45 pm

I have a job tomorrow setting up a drive for a customer, he has given me a Logic Pro retail box and a whole bunch of VSTi's to install along with a drive. The idea is that I set the whole lot up and test it here, and then hand him the drive to take to his studio to be put into his studio computer. My question is, will Logic authorize itself to my computer when I do this, or will it authorize to the drive? Not much use doing this process if his Logic 8 is tied to my computer.

Not sure but you can load Studio 8 on more than one machine (I have it 2 computers) registered.

Yes I have found that as well, PITA IMHO.

But yes you can legally install Logic or more than one computer
