JLM MAC cmpressor

Anyone used these compressor yet or has anyone put one of these together?

Yep. What you want to know? Its tiny but not tinny.

I built mine for inclusion in a channel strip preamp I'm putting together, so I didn't build it with a DINGO or anything.

Sound is optocomp: slowish and gentle more than aggressive, think vocals and guitar rather than drums. I'm pretty sure the MAC thread on the JLM forums has some links to audio files.

Yes I am just reading about the MAC comp at his forum.
Working my way through the 4 pages. Gee that Holger dude makes some nice rack cases for his gear!
