Hey tape lovers - who is making 2" and 1" tape now - and is it any good?
And is it stupidly expensive?.
Running out of Quantegy Gp9.... Bought the last 8 rolls from ITS
6 tape machines - I dont want them to become boat anchors - until after I retire...
Is anyone buying tape stock?

RMGI. You can get it from Totally Technical in Brisbane or Cassette and Tape Supplies in Vic. Silver Trak don't seem to carry it in Sydney any more.
I used their SM911 1/4" and it's fine.
It's always stupidly expensive though.

2" Tape damas...
To be more specific, I am looking for new tape - by a new manufacturer - I heard mixed reports on the quality of the new tape manufacturers - I have been using Quantegy Gp9, and I am now looking for a good reliable tape alternative to p9.
Has anyone tried any new 2" tape brands?
