Hi there,

Hey Rick.....just getting back to my AMS for a sec ;-)

I don't want to sell it anymore... I love it !! (this week)

A rat pissed on my AMS audiofile and shorted the boards...no... seriously !

My Fairlight MFX 2 (with the series 3 CMI built in) requires the controller
console....if any one has one..please !!

Never had to bake a tape...but I'm looking forward to it !

Cheers

I know an editing house with an old MFX. Hasn't been switched on in years. I will give them a buzz and ask if they want to move it on.

Cool. I thought I'd mention that I have a laboratory grade oven at work which would be ideal for baking...........I've got a couple of old tapes that will be getting the treatment shortly.
ChrisO.....I think. Oh, and F*#K Google, ask me!

I remember that model, it was quite popular back in the day. I have a workshop in Marrickville now, I will come over and see you today.

Great. A TR Garage Sale. I'm in.

I wonder, in years to come, if anyone will be able to sell all their cracked software clogging their storerooms.

Just to bring this back on topic.

:-)
