Narration Delivery Format

I've recorded a narration for a film and was wondering what the standard delivery format to the mixer should be.
I know 48k/24 bit is the resolution, but how much should I process it with compression/limiting and where should it peak?
Is there a standard?
Any post dudes out there?

the mix engineer can do whatever you're doing, but will have a hard time correcting any mistakes, or anything he doesnt like in any of your processing.


it also depends on what you're requirements were for the job..,if yóur job was to record the dialogue, then imo you should leave it unprocessed. However, if you're expected to ensure it sounds good, then do your best to improve it, if it is necessary.
