Not ground breaking but nice to know there are manufactures who do nice things.

I bought a used Apogee X-HD card from a guy in Germany, but on inspection he realised the plastic standoff was broken. There's a few threaded insert type bolts and the standoffs. So he contacted Apogee and they posted the replacement parts to me in Aus at no charge to the original owner or myself.

Nice.
