i have had conversations with the new pressing crew about making vinyl cutting here in australia at turtlerock a reality.
there is a bunch of things that dont add up just yet, but we have agreed to keep chipping away untill they do.
it might be that we cut them , send them to england to make metal parts then press them on both sides of the globe.

but really is there are demand...?

i am not counting on it.

Could be a demand if you made really small ones (20 cent size) and marketed the player as the vinyl-pod.....

I reckon would be a hit with the DJ part of the spectrum.
Dub plates, local releases. All made in Australia.

I think there's a market, just not a million dollar one.
