I not actually looking for an acoustics consultant but a town planning consultant
someone who can help with the Development Application side of things

I work with planners a lot but mostly in bigger scale projects. You could try Grahame Edwards 0419695062. - tell him Lindsay gave you the number. He may not be able to do it but he can probably point you in the right direction.
