Where do I get Apogee converters serviced?

Postby Sammas » Fri Sep 17, 2010 12:08 am

I have a rather well traveled set of AD16's that could use a going over. The level/over indicators do
stupid things on channel 7 as well. I don't suppose anybody can recommend a place to have it
serviced/repaired? From all accounts, Apogee Digital are flawless in this regard but I'd prefer
not to post it overseas.

While we are at it, does anyone know if the AD16 has a factory reset function?

Power it up while holding the 'down' button in.

I stumbled on the same info! This is just a AD16 though, not the AD16x.

It doesn't have a 'down' button. I figure on of the buttons must do it though
so I'll just try all of them one by one. :D

Isn't it the bottom button out of the four in the cross shape over the left side front panel? You sure you didn't buy those Chinese Apochee converters by mistake?
:ymdevil: This is the closest I oculd find to Chinese smilie. I think it is some sort of Pickachoo..

The AD16x has the cross shape.

The AD16 looks like this:

No "down" or even up... each button has a specific function.
