Bock 195 FET replacement?

Hey Guys,

So I've found that my Bock 195 is distorting very easily and after contact Bock support they told me it was probably a bad FET. They kindly offered to post me a replacement one but I've not heard from them since...

I really wanna get this mic running optimally asap so I'm wondering if anyone here knows what FETs are in the 195's and if they can be obtained in Aus or online?

If it was me - I would pick the right time of day and call them - international calls are pretty cheap these days, and the request may have just been sidetracked/overlooked. Esp if they said they would help.
