If 20 TR members put in $1000 each they get 2.

Ok I will ask the dumb question.

As I have never seen one of these in the flesh, I have always wondered, what the little metal strip on the front is for?

Hi Peter
Not a dumb question at all.
The metal strip is a locking thing for mounting. When you pull the lever out you can take the V module out from it's mounting and when it's down it locks the module in place.

I could really go another V72. They look so prurdy sitting there all together.

I didn't think the V74's (the bulk of the lot) were particularly desirable?

that lot being mostly v74 is about the right money one at a time
but as a bulk lot .. it various unknown condition.. na uh

there was a point a bulk lot of telefunkens made sense
.. the point would have been when that lot cost $2000

i have a couple of empty original tele racks for whoever buys them though :)
