How do I send gear overseas?

Hi All.

We all know something about receiving stuff from the USA, Europe but how do I do it the other way round?

A few years back I had to send some gear to Norway I think it was, and despite the fact it got there (via Aus Post)
I was awfully stressed as it drops out of sight once it leaves the local P.O.
I'm already hysterical, don't need any help in that department...

So yep, I'm after a not too expensive way to ship OS.
