Damn! Intermusic in Bondi Junction is closing down.
Brent and his staff have always been really great and gone out of their way to help.
As this rate there won't be any music shopfronts left.

Re: Another One Bites the Dust
Not good news, I've been a customer since buying my Yamaha AN1X from them way back when. In fact I may even have bought my Yamaha CX5M music computer and Ensoniq Mirage from them too, can't remember, so long ago now....
It's been great to wander through BH Photo Video's Pro-Audio floor here in NYC, and even Guitar Centre here on Manhattan, heaps of great pro audio gear in stock and for sale from Neve consoles downwards, incl. walls of monitors. So far sadly my only purchases have been some snake cables, a Rycote universal shock mount, and a few sets of flatwound bass strings - I wish my bag were bigger and my luggage allowance more generous
good bricks-and-mortar retailers are getting fewer back in Oz....

Aw man that's a damn shame.
Brent is one of the loveliest guys around.
I used to work in their funky little studio when the shop was in Hall st down near Bondi beach.
Lunch an dinner break involved a swim.
You could go next door to the shop and borrow what ever guitars and gear you wanted.
Blair are they already closed?
