well its a pretty good list of reasons not to want to build a new studio and hire it out to buy ferraris with the money it makes .. world studios rates are a fair bit lower then I had thought

world studio rates are low.. for sure.
BUT bear in mind these arnt the big guys on here
the big guys (like in any industry) charge another whole bunch (double?) and its nothing to do with gear.. its all about "availability of services"
meeting clients needs, answering the phone, having a receptionist, sending freight. etc etc

totally .. but we still have to line up againsts and offer a more complete service then the clowns with ssl consoles that advertise for $350 a day !!
its just a good reality check if your just startin .. just sayin !
