Calrec sold off

Calrec has been sold to D&M holdings. D&M are the holding company for Denon, Marantz and a bunch of consumer brands. I thought they were Japanese but their corporate website (www.dm-holdings.com) makes it look like a US operation.

In any case, Calrec doesn't look like an obvious fit with the rest of the brands in the group.
