For those who think the k.i.s.s. principle only applies to music, it sure as hell should apply to contracts as well.

I have used many of these before, modified to fit my circumstances of course, with great success. I have an IP lawyer for the nasty stuff but at $425 an hour I don't release the hounds as often as Mr Burns.
