How cool is this program....anyone else using it?
I just bought the "Vintage Rock" expansion pack and it sounds so real like the drummer is sitting in the room with me. This stuff is midi, just so hard to believe and I don't have to feed it any food or beer.

Hey Nic,
I use EZDrummer heaps - actually for most of what I do when doing drums..
I used to use it in Cubase (VSTi), but now I'm working in PT so the transformation was very easy.
I have just got the Nashville kit a while back, which IMHO have found I like more than the Vintage or other kits, although all are very very good.
I used EZD DFH for some sessions I worked on but found the Nashville samples seemed more 'real'..
Overall, Toontracks EZD is awesome..

I just bought the Nashville and Claustrophobic expansion packs, arrived yesterday. EZD kicks a$$. I am using it in Logic to layer sounds over an existing drum performance as well as replacing entire performances. It's very good and quite cheap. One of the drummers didn't even notice that I had replaced his performance entirely. Just thought it sounded "massive".
Hate to say it, but the next album I do will not use acoustic drums at all..... just a Hart Dynamics V-Kit, EZ Drummer, BFD/Evil Drums and no worries about drummers racing all over the place.

Sorry.... by "V Kit" I mean it as a generic term for V-Drums....as opposed to the Roland kit by the same name. HArt is the ducks nuts of trigger kits.
