Small Run CD Duplication

Postby smash » Sat Dec 01, 2007 4:22 pm

Hey Guys,

It's looking like I'm going to start distributing a couple of young indie acts.

Can anyone recommend a good CD dup. company.

I'll be initially doing no more than 150-200 copies of any EP's per artist,
but we do want them to look as professional as possible, so requirements
are as follows.

1) Duplication, as opposed to replication is fine, provided that the Discs appear "pressed" i.e. no Green/Blue CDR disks.
2) Disks must be printed, as opposed to stuck on sticker labels.
3) Would prefer to have the option of gatefold wallets, as opposed to jewel cases.
4) Disks should come assembled, and heat-shrunk.

If anyone has any companies that they could recommend, or indeed if any of you guys do this yourselves, if you could please let
me know it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Smash.

have done a few EPs and got them done at Mad CD's... They've always come back looking really good. Minimum run i think is 500 for replication which can really be worth the money and only be a dollar and a bit or two and a bit dollars per CD thats with a full colour booklet and the rest

i didn't personally arrange it so can't give much more detail than that but it would be worth giving them a call i reckon!
