did a search and couldnt find it anywhere.

Maybe the easiset way is to set up a template yourself using the sCalc spreadsheet module in Open Office (free download from www.openoffice.org). It lets you specify column widths in actual realworld measurements (e.g. 10ths of millimetres).

If the jacks are equally spaced then it is pretty straight forward. If they are "stereo paired" then there's a bit more measuring to do! Use the cell formatting commands to position the text within the cell, and the border line commands to add dividing lines etc.

I've also used Microsoft's Visio program for this in the past, it's a drawing program.

I have CAD templates for ADC/Switchcraft bantam patchbays but they are for a specific CAD program I use. (QuickCAD V7).

I made mine in Adobe Pagemaker and now continue in Adobe Indesign
