hey guys any one had a pair of u 67s and a focusrite red 2 channel preamp go missing

i was just offerd to buy them at a ridiculasly cheep price (to good to be true)
by a person of an non audio and unsavory nature and smell a rat
i have seen the units one mic supply has the cover missing
and the red has distinctive markings and vu dosent work on one channel

they could be legit but just putting the feelers out first

If they are legit, I'd be interested in a 67.

i felt a bit bad

peoples looks can be quite deciving some times

turns out all is legite the guy just needed cash to cover some bad dept and had to part with them

he has a whole heap of other gear for sale to cheap i will post it on the forum them on the forum

as for me im a very happy man

I take it ol'mate doesn't read this forum then? If someone described me as "of an unsavoury nature" and implied I'd stolen stuff I sure as shit wouldn't be going back to them to sell them any more stuff!
