Hi, You will need to find the tube code if possible? National Brand was a re-packager of other brand tubes, both good and not so good. Regards Norm

Dale it is of Russian manufacture. They are the ones who use pointed pins. Could be from 3 different factories. Regards Norm

A mate posted this on another forum as I asked for you over there as well.

"The Nationals that are made in China are sold locally by Wagner Electronics Services, WES, in Sydney. I haven't used them in years, but when I did they were just average valves, no better or worse than Sovteks but not in the same class as JJs or Winged C Svetlanas."
