I was wondering if you guys might have a bright idea on how I could get a Ta@#$% MS16 manual out of the US.

I have contacted Ta@#$% and they have copies of the manual there for sale but they will not send outside the US.
I even tried to bargin and say I would buy 8track heads for the machine at the same time so they could make some money out of it but they still won't come to the party.

Another option is if someone here has a manual an is willing to send it to me, I can scan the whole thing into PDF format and then send the manual back. I am sure we can come to some sort of arrangement with some payment ;-)

Any ideas????
Cheers

Jason

Jason,
Try posting on Gearslutz - there are lots of folk who would probably help out if they knew you were after it..
Certainly worth a try anyway..

Jason,

The Analogue forum at http://www.homerecording.com/bbs is fairly active with some very helpful guys, some of whom are MS16 owners from memory.

Probably obvious, but if you know someone in the US get it posted to them and then get them to post it to you :)

there are companies that receive goods at a US address and forward them on. I know this because a Canadian friend said they always used this service when US companies would refuse to (or were legally obliged not to) ship outside the US.

You pay a small fee, the receive the item and send it to you.

I guess a google search would find them.
