big week for me , interviewed and photographed for a feature story in the paper, splashed all over the integrate 09 trade show and , my head is stuck inside a tv show for all to see , none of any of it actually has to do with anything i have tried to make happen and all unrelated items , its just my 2.5 minutes of fame all happening at once this week ...

oh yeah i forgot to brag about that , its on the album cover for shannon noll uk release as well
and interesting enough "event" speaker hired the place to shoot a promo piece with their designer

did you noticed i had to "cough" as i said that :0
i should have said "not wanting to come off as a pompus pratt" .
but hell you know how that stuff works , they roll tape and cut it up later to suit .
a script would have be useful -" nah lets make it edgy" they said , "just talk about something "

the producer of the show just rang me this morning and said the feedback was amazing , can we do a series of them?

so true , they had to shoot it at a grimy studio ( DG) , cause my place was too warm and inviting to be "edgy"

I thought maybe it was one of your old storerooms out the back. I notice they used the Glyn Johns technique to mic you...

microphones ..? actually i have no idea , it was a walk in sit down shoot walk out thing

well in the video there were 3 condenser mics, one in the front, and then on right in fornt of you (i think) and the one behind the sofa

I think it was more for the 'eye candy aspect' than anything else..

hmm probably. it seemed too much for just an interview anyway.

I may be mistaken, but there are female forum members here..... not really a good way to get them to engage when you're talking about "racks" with a wink, wink, nudge, nudge.

naaah - surely there's no need for eye candy mics, thats what they had rick on there for!

there are a bunch of female members in the forum ( well at least 4 )
and i think kris is right , even if there were none.

he asked me about the Rack comment yesterday in fact , but i thought i was just being grumpy
