ive used pack n send to send a desk before and they have a foam that can go in any shape, they place your item in a bag and then the bag has an outer layer that they fill with expanding foam, great stuff.
or
my blue room mini pods came with an inflatable case, stick the monitors in and blow the bag up, indestructible.
so maybe use one of those ideas? its not that simple, but its a start?

well put 'em in separate boxes for a start, doubles your insurance.
good speakers often come boxed with a foam collar/spacer that slips around top and bottom, so there is plenty of space between the drivers and the cardboard box itself. sometimes these collars actually fit around the drivers themselves, although they have to carefully designed to fit around without actually touching.
my PMCs came double boxed with these sort of spacers, they are worth a bit more than a grand and weigh about 25 kg each but i'm quite confident with them in their boxes.
but if the moving company won't cover the full value and you're going to lose sleep over it, then you just have to insure them some other way.
