What adaptor do I need?

Okay we have this older Flextight drum scanner that we want to start using again. It works on the old SCSI and so I had to buy a Ratoc FR1SX scsi converter to firewire adaptor. Which is pictured on the right hand side of the image. My problem is that the scsi ends are not compatible and I need a scsi end cord which has to look like the left image to connect to the right hand image of the Ratoc adaptor.
I dont know the technical right names for these ends.
Or has anyone got a cord that want to sell?
Cheers

The one on the left is 'wide' SCSI, if that helps.

You need an ultra (or was it wide) scsi to centronics 50 pin scsi (left image) adaptor or converter. Utlra wide is 68 pin, Ultra Scsi (right image) is 50 pin but in smaller pins and connector from what I remember.

Thanks to all the replies and Pm's I found that it is:
High-Density 50F to Centronics 50M Adapter
Which is virtually impossible to find in Australia so I had to order from USA which cost me US$40 freight - unbelievable for just an adaptor not a cable. The adaptor is available for just US$10.
Thanks for the help.
Now does anyone need some super hi-res drum scans done?
Cheers
