Anyone have a pair of NS10 tweeters for sale, or know where I can buy a pair, or a suitable replacement from.
Someone just clipped the poweramp in our control room, the tweeters are literally still smoking.

Yamaha have squillions of them in their warehouse in Malaysia. Most Yamaha service centers should be able to order them in for you. Part Number JA-0518.
There is always plenty on ebay also.

When you install the new tweeters, put a small globe or fuse in line to protect them against accidental damage in the future.

Hi there,
Once when I got the fuses put into my NS10's, some *audiophool* told me I'd done the wrong thing
and that would change the sound ! Plus they weren't *original*
Never blew a tweeter again ;-)

Sometimes, the $50 tweeter blows to protect the 50c Fuse.

Dunno, but after putting fuses on my NS-10's they sounded like crap, like worse than they usually sound. Just decided instead I was'nt going to make awesome feedback loops anymore.
