FOH delay question
Posted: Fri Dec 03, 2010 11:53 amThe building has a main auditorium with an adjoining room able to hold an extra 100 people. This adjoining room has mounted 2 x Yamaha MSR100.
Problem is when this is used in conjunction with main auditorium the speakers distance form the FOH stack is about 20 meters and smearing of the sound is happening in the adjoining room.
I am calculating about a 60ms delay is happening hence we need to get a delay unit for the Yamaha's.
Any recommendations you can for a $3-400 unit to fix this?
