Website building help needed

Ive been procrastinating for a few years now and need to kik my own ass (ass replace!)
I was intending on building a iweb site on my own accord but never have enough time to do the work involved, and am bored shitless in this realm as I would rather spend the time perfecting my skills in production and mixing than faffing around learning the world of website building.
( My big motto: do a few things great rather than ATTEMPT to do many things well )
I'm looking for someone who has done an iweb site that can help me throw some ideas around then set it up, and finally hand it over to me to alter the text and photo's at later stages.
Its really just a few simple pages with text and photo's - and the possibilty of having MP3's hidden on the site that I can direct clients to them so that they can peruse my work without putting this stuff on the website's pages.
Any young web guru wanna help me set one up?
I would really like to stay on iweb - not look at the billions of other website options out there, keep it simple.
