Dynamix console

Hey Lads,
I remember someone had modded a Dynamix console to get the noise floor down on these old ones. Does anyone know how to mod these desks to improve noise floor & specs? Am also keen to get hold off schem's if anyone has them for $ before I go to whoever bought them out....I think it was fender from memory.
