Can someone give me a step by step instruction on how to add images to my posts.

Beneath the text box buttons (save draft/preview/submit) are two tabs, the default one is called "options", beside that it says "Upload Attachment".
Click "Upload Attachment", there is a browse button, find the file you want to attach, click open. Then you need to click the button next to browse, "Add the file".
Then click "Submit" as normal.

there is a catch with the images though
they will not stay up for ever they will be there for a month or two
if you have mission critical images host them somewhere else and stick a link up but i reckon two months
is long enough for most things
people keep telling me storage is cheap
